- How do I restart my download?
After purchasing, an email confirmation receipt will be sent to you. This email contains a download link that you can click on to initiate another download. When prompted to the login screen, enter your username (the email address that you used to sign up with) and your password.
- How do I reset my download limit?
If you have received a message that indicates the maximum number of downloads has been reached, please contact Topspin Customer Support.
- Are you experiencing problems with downloading or purchasing?
Our current minimum supported flash version is 9.0.115. If you're noticing problems with the purchase or download flows, you may want to check which version of flash is currently installed. You can do this by clicking here.
You can upgrade your flash player via the Adobe Flash upgrade page.
- When I click to "Buy", a screen appears that's all black and I'm unable to continue.
Check to see if you have a firewall enabled that may be preventing the purchase flow from displaying. If this is the case, please temporarily disable the firewall.
- Is the purchase flow secure?
Directly from this website (due to the nature of our implementation), you won't see the SSL lock icon visible on the web page. However, the traffic in the purchase flow is encrypted and we protect unauthorized access to your personal data using the secure socket layer as well as internal procedures. We do take all precautions within our realm to protect your information.
- How do I reset my password?
If you don't recall your password, please follow the instructions below to receive the password reset form:

2. Select the 'Forgot Password' link
3. Enter email address that you signed up with and select the 'Submit' button to have the password reset form emailed to you.
