SXSW 2019 Speakers: David Byrne, Beastie Boys, Brandi Carlile, Nile Rodgers, More

South by Southwest (SXSW) has announced more speakers for its annual conference/festival in Austin, Texas. Featured speakers now include David Byrne, Ad-Rock and Mike D of Beastie Boys, Brandi Carlile, Nile Rodgers, and more. Georgia state representative Stacey Abrams (who recently delivered the rebuttal to Donald Trump’s State of the Union Address) will also speak at the conference, as will producer/songwriter T Bone Burnett. Former U.S. Congressman John Boehner is set to give a keynote as well. Find the most recently added SXSW speakers here.

Other figures slated to speak at SXSW this year include Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, ASAP Rocky, Chance the Rapper manager Pat Corcoran, ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus, and more. The conference takes place March 8-17.
